# ArKa Graphic identity

ArKa graphic identity is inspired by retro website/terminal software.
It's a modern view of ASCII art, and pixel/minimalist design.

## Inspiration and idea

Inspiration came from the Minitel era, the ASCII art community, and cyberpunk/pre-2000 sci-fi film / video games.
The ArKa Website was inspired by [datakra.sh by Revengeday](https://datakra.sh/), [Solar Lowtech Magazine](https://solar.lowtechmagazine.com/) and [Ploum's blog](https://ploum.net/), thanks to all of them for their marvelous work.

## Colors

The website uses two different color themes:
- Night theme (default), gray text, important/link text in pastel red, and background in black.
- Light theme, black text, important / link text in pastel red, background in pastel beige.

## Images

Images needs to be optimized, and dithered. Tools can be used...
